Your development has a Parent Title Deed, Subdivision Permit, and EMA Certificate. Stands will be listed for immediate reservation and purchase.

Pre-sales — I'm still obtaining permits

You have land and a development plan but haven't yet obtained all required permits. Your development will be listed as Expression of Interest — buyers can register their interest and will be notified when you go live.

Site Plan & Boundary Data

To create your interactive satellite map, we need accurate boundary data for your stands. We accept any of the following — choose the option that applies to you:

Option A — I have a DWG or DXF file from my surveyor

This is the most common format produced by land surveyors using AutoCAD. Upload it directly and we handle the conversion. This is the fastest route to getting your development live.

Option B — I have surveyor's coordinate data

Your land surveyor's coordinate schedule — a spreadsheet or document listing beacon numbers with their coordinates.

Option C — I have a GeoJSON file

If your surveyor or technical team has already produced a GeoJSON file, upload it here.

Option D — I have my Subdivision Permit number only

Provide your Subdivision Permit number and we'll request coordinate data from the Surveyor General's office on your behalf. This may add a few extra days.

Plot pricing & payment terms

Buyers will see these figures on every plot detail drawer.

Plot schedule *

CSV or Excel with: plot number, size (sqm), price (USD). Max 20 MB.

Admin fee (USD) *

Non-refundable fee charged to buyers for stand allocation processing.

Deposit % *

Typical: 30%.

Instalments (months) *

Typical: 24.

Legal Documentation

Every live development on PlotMap must have these three documents. They protect both you and your buyers.

Parent Title Deed *

The title deed for the parent property being subdivided.

PDF, PNG, or JPG. Max 20 MB.

Subdivision Permit *

Council-approved subdivision permit authorising the creation of individual stands.

PDF, PNG, or JPG. Max 20 MB.

EMA Certificate *

Environmental Management Agency certificate confirming environmental compliance for the development.

PDF, PNG, or JPG. Max 20 MB.

Compliance Certificate (optional)

If your development has received a compliance certificate, upload it here. This is not required for listing but adds trust for buyers.
