Own a piece of a building, not the whole building.

Be one of the first to know when our fractional property marketplace is live

Not approved yet. Not an offer. No money taken.

Built. Tested. Waiting for permission.

The software that would split a property into shares is built and tested, but nothing is live and no money can move.

PlotMap, our land-sales map, as it runs today. Lake City is a demonstration development: no real sales happen on it, and nothing in it is offered here.

We already run a property valuation tool that works and is being used today, and PlotMap, our land-sales map. The last piece is an application sitting with the regulator, waiting for a decision.

Splitting a property into small shares like this is often called “tokenization”, which just means the shares and their owners are recorded digitally instead of on paper.

What does not exist yet

Permission.

The regulator has not approved us, and may refuse.

Anything real.

The share-splitting software has only ever run in a practice setup, using pretend money. No real share has ever been created.

Anything to buy.

No price, no smallest amount, no product, and no way to pay anyone on this page.

A date.

We do not know when the decision will come, or what it will be. We will not guess.

What you are signing up for

You will get an email if we are approved. An email if we are refused — we will tell you either way. And an email if anything else important changes.

You will not get a place in a queue, a reserved share, or any advantage of any kind. Registering today gives you nothing that registering later would not. You will not get any request for money, bank or card details, or a cryptocurrency account — we will never ask you for any of those. And you will not get marketing from anyone else: we do not share or sell your details.

Why we ask at all. The regulator wants to know whether anyone actually wants this. How many people register, where they live, and what kind of investor they are all go into our application. That is the main reason this page exists, and it is why a few of the questions ask about you rather than just asking how to reach you.

Your data, and leaving the list

Every email we send carries a one-click withdraw link. No login, no reply, no reason required.

Withdrawing deletes your name, your email address and the technical details recorded when you signed up. We keep only your unnamed answers, such as which country you live in — these can no longer be traced back to you. Withdrawn registrations are taken out of every count we report.

If you never click the confirmation link, your details are deleted automatically and never counted. If you enter your email and leave before pressing Register, nothing is sent to us or kept.

Property investment carries risk, including losing the money you put in. Our risk disclosures are at Risk Disclosures, and how we handle your details is at Privacy Policy.

The same thing in precise legal and regulatory terms

PropertyHandle Africa (Private) Limited has applied to participate in the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe (SECZ) regulatory sandbox. The application is currently pending. No live tokenized investment offerings are made to the public on this platform, and none will be until SECZ approval is granted.

Approval is not guaranteed. The application may be refused. If it is granted, sandbox operation carries its own limits — SECZ may cap participation, require changes to how we operate, or end sandbox participation altogether, and full regulatory approval does not automatically follow a sandbox period.

Tokenization contracts referred to on this platform are deployed to the Sepolia test network. Sepolia is a public testing environment; the tokens on it have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold or redeemed. There is no deployment to any live network.

Nothing on this page is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, in any jurisdiction. Nothing on this page is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. If tokenized offerings are permitted in future, any participation would be subject to separate terms, suitability and identity checks, and its own risk disclosures at that time.
